INFORMATION ON RATES
*DAMAGE DEPOSIT, TAXES & CLEANING FEE
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit and a non-refundable $75 insurance policy. There is also a required 12.75% tax added to each booking. This covers state and local taxes. There is also a mandatory $250 cleaning fee that goes directly to our cleaning provider.

Note: We are currently planning to clean bed quilts between each visit. Quilts will be provided by the homeowner.
CANCELATION POLICY
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. Note: Currently the beach is open for short term rentals. If this changes because of COVID-19, we will provide guests with a full refund despite our normal cancellation policy.
